Named counts for 50%, cited for 30% and position for 20%. Cited means your own site’s share of all the links the answers cite. A question that names your own brand is still asked, but left out of the score: an answer that names you because the question did measures nothing.
Paid plans get a check once a month, plus the checks you start yourself: 1 a month on Free, 4 on Starter, 20 on Growth and 100 on Scale. The score is drawn once per check, never as a weekly line.

We keep the full answer and every source it cited, for every question and every check. If a number looks wrong, read what the engine said and check our reading against it.
Where the sentence that names you reads as positive or negative, the answer is tagged with it. The tone is shown, not scored.

Perplexity is the one engine a check asks today, on every plan. The connections to ChatGPT and Claude are written, but we hold no key for them, so no check asks either. An engine that is not Live has no number anywhere in your account.
Free and Starter ask one engine. Growth and Scale ask every engine we hold a key for, which today is still one.
